Firstly, we must define: What is bourbon? Bourbon is a type of American whiskey, characterized by strict legal standards requiring it to be produced in the U.S. It is aged in new, charred oak containers, and contain no additives. Bourbon can only be produced in the United States of America. This is a result of the 1964 U.S. Senate Concurrent Resolution 19 which formally declared that bourbon was "a distinct product of the United States". Bourbon is therefore an AUTHENTIC AMERICAN product!

Our bourbon maple syrup is a premium, luxury product made from pure maple syrup produced from maple sap harvested from sugar maple trees and Bourbon. All Bourbon is a distinctly American whiskey and aged in new, charred oak containers. Therefore, by definition all bourbon is aged in barrels.
Our bourbon maple syrup is qualitatively created by a calibrated infusion process. Our maple producer partners use a precise method that infuses Bourbon into 100% pure maple syrup. Using this calibrated process, our bourbon maple syrup, therefore, contains .5% alcohol which by law (New York State Liquor Authority #2019-1) is considered a non-alcoholic beverage. Our bourbon maple syrup is expertly crafted using the best maple syrup and bourbon; and is finished with perfection!
Our bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup offers a complex, rich, and sophisticated flavor, blending traditional sweet maple with distinct notes of bourbon, toasted oak, vanilla, caramel, and butterscotch and rich delectable aroma. Customers describe our bourbon maple syrup as simply divine.
Since our bourbon maple syrup is not considered an alcoholic beverage, it is a versatile ingredient for glazing meats, topping breakfast foods: morning coffee, French toast, waffles, sophisticated dessert toppings, or sweetening premium cocktails.
